1. Our Services
Online Nikah ZHRM provides facilitation services for online Nikah ceremonies. We connect couples with qualified Imams/Qazis and arrange Sharia-verified witnesses to conduct a valid Islamic marriage ceremony via video call.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
- All fees are quoted in the currency agreed during the booking process.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings.
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 72 hours before ceremony: 70% refund
- Between 24 and 72 hours before ceremony: 40% refund
- Less than 24 hours before ceremony: No refund
- Rescheduling (with minimum 48 hours notice): No charge (once only).
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your marital history.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private environment for the ceremony.
- Be present and ready at the agreed time for the ceremony.
- Engage with the ceremony and our scholars with respect and dignity.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information is confidential. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Your data is used only to facilitate your Nikah and for necessary communication.
6. Limitation of Liability
Online Nikah ZHRM facilitates the Islamic ceremony only. Clients are responsible for the civil registration of their marriage in their country of residence. We are not liable for technical disruptions beyond our control or for any consequences arising from false information provided by the client.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
